This policy explains what Aurix AI Solutions collects when you visit atilense.com or use Atilense, why we collect it, and what you can tell us to do about it.

We collect what we need to run the service and nothing we don't. We never sell your data, never share your private pipeline, and never train shared models on it.
The marketing site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. You can export or delete your data whenever you want.
Atilense is a product of Aurix AI Solutions ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data described in this policy. Reach us at privacy@atilense.com.
Where you use Atilense as a business customer to process personal data belonging to your own clients, you are the controller and we act as your processor — see the Data Processing Addendum.
If you connect your storage, mailbox, calendar, chat or sales channel, we access only what the connection requires, using credentials you authorise and can revoke at any time. Your files stay in your storage; your mail stays in your mailbox.

We do not use your private pipeline to train shared models. Ranking is learned per account, for that account.
The marketing site sets a cookie remembering your language choice and stores your cookie decision locally in your browser. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no cross-site profiling. The full detail — every cookie, what it holds, how long it lasts — is on the cookie notice, where you can also change your choice.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We use a small number of processors who handle data only on our instructions and under contract:

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If we are ever part of a merger or acquisition, we will tell you before your data moves.
We are based in the United States and our processors may operate elsewhere. Where personal data leaves the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard. Ask us for a copy at privacy@atilense.com.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or hand it to you in a portable format — and you can object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent at any time. We answer within 30 days and never charge for it.
If you are in the UK or EEA, these are your rights under the UK GDPR and GDPR, and you may complain to your supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
If you are in California, you have the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
Most of this is self-service inside the app. For anything else, email privacy@atilense.com.
Traffic is served over TLS and sensitive data — including the credentials for services you connect — is encrypted at rest. Access is least-privilege and audited. No system is perfect: if a breach ever affects your personal data, we will tell you and the relevant regulator without undue delay. Report a vulnerability to security@atilense.com.
Atilense is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data; if you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. For anything material we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect, rather than quietly editing the page.
